As AI gets increasingly integrated into the workplace, a new employee survey reveals workers' conflicted feelings about the disruptive new tech
Approximately 61% of workers think that using AI at work will lead to increased burnout.
Concerns About Work-Life Balance
Nearly half of women (49%) believe that AI use in the workplace will negatively impact work-life balance, while overall, 43% of people share this concern.
The study found that 88% of workers have at least some confidence in their ability to use AI tools for work-related purposes.
